The role and principle of stainless steel eccentric reducers:

 

1. Regulating flow and pressure

In the drainage system, the role of eccentric reducers is mainly to regulate flow and pressure by changing the diameter and connection method of the pipe. When the drainage volume is large, the drainage speed can be increased and the drainage time can be shortened by using a larger diameter pipe; conversely, when the drainage volume is small, the water flow speed can be reduced by using a smaller diameter pipe to avoid wasting water resources.

 

2. Reduce water flow noise

The pressure waves and water hammer generated by the interaction at the water pipe joints often cause violent vibrations and noise in the water flow. The eccentric reducer offsets the central axis of the two pipes to reduce the interaction of the water flow, thereby reducing the water flow noise and ensuring a quiet and comfortable living environment.

 

3. Discharge of sewage

Another very important function of the eccentric reducer is to discharge sewage into the treatment facilities or treatment equipment by connecting the distance between the drainage pipe and the main pipe. It can ensure the rapid and smooth discharge of sewage, prevent sewage backflow and blockage, and improve the treatment effect and utilization rate of sewage.
