Weld neck flanges are a popular flange type. Including a long cone hub and a rim with numerous holes, it helps to reinforce and provide temperature /pressure resistance and easy to connect the flange to the bolt flange.
The tapered hub is a significant feature of welding neck flange. The neck stretch and the end have welds. Flange can directly weld the pipeline to provide high and relatively natural forms.
