Stainless steel 45° welded elbow is a common type of elbow. The fittings are designed for internal socket-type welding or external butt welding. Used in systems where hard bends in the direction of flow need to be avoided. They can be used to redirect pipe horizontally, vertically, or a combination of both using multiple tandem elbows.
The 45-degree stainless steel elbow has smaller fluid pressure and a gentler turning radius. The butt weld fittings are constructed with welded, drawn, and annealed stainless steel tubing for applications where minimizing the number of sealed joints is critical.
Stainless steel 45° welded elbow is made of stainless steel material and has good corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. Commonly used are 304 and 316 stainless steel etc. Stainless steel vacuum tubing offers low outgassing under vacuum conditions, is chemically resistant, annealed for consistent leak-free welding, and has minimized corrosion concentration points.
Stainless steel elbows come in a wide range of sizes and can meet the pipe connection needs of different specifications. Whether it is a small-diameter pipe or a large-diameter pipe, you can find stainless steel elbows of corresponding sizes. According to the angle, there are three commonly used elbows: 45°, 90° and 180°. In addition, according to project needs, other abnormal angle elbows such as 60° are also included.
