The 45°stainless steel elbow is an elbow made of stainless steel, used to connect pipes and change the direction of the pipes. The two commonly used ones are 304 and 316. The stainless steel provides tensile creep and stress-rupture strengths at elevated temperatures.
The stainless steel 45° elbow will be used when the flow direction of the pipeline needs to be changed without changing the layout of it. It allows the fluid to change its flow direction when flowing through the pipeline without affecting the normal operation of the pipeline, thereby making the entire pipeline system more flexible and convenient.
It can also be used to connect pipes of different specifications and control flow or reduce stress on pipes. It is an indispensable component of the pipeline system. High pressure-resistant, welded connections ensure tight sealing and reduce the possibility of leakage.
